Complementary to our on-blade sensor systems we offer our customers our eologix:care Packages. These packages offer our customers the possibility of a professional ongoing support, whereby possible downtimes of our customer’s wind turbines are reduced to a minimum. In addition, preventive steps improve the availability of the systems and turbines.
All eologix:care packages require an online connection. I.e. the on blade sensor system must be able to connect to our network via a local network connection (“site to site VPN”). Alternatively, we offer the possibility to establish a mobile data connection for the integration of the on-blade system into our network.
